Most pre-orders are getting shafted right now, steam won't give out retail keys till 8pm GMT, Gamestop in the USA had it at midnight (8AM GMT)

Got my steam key last night around 22:05 (GMT+1)

Then you still have to use the new key to get the goodies and then ingame you have to claim them from the C store.
